What to expect
Thousands in hand-made masks and costumes parade Hatillo alongside decorated floats for the Día de los Santos Inocentes, a tradition carried since the 19th century. The Fiestas Típicas run December 26 and 27, with the main parade on December 28. Free in the street; the plaza fills by mid-morning.
